Intruders think twice when they see an Intruder Alarm or CCTV System. As well as acting as a deterrent, it will also provide a warning that an intrusion is taking place either to staff, a remote monitored centre or passers.

Selecting the type of Alarm or CCTV is one thing, but if you want it to be effective and meet the requirements set out by the police and your insurer, it’s important to have it installed and maintained in accordance with the required standards.

There are two kinds of intruder alarm and burglar alarm systems - an audible only system or one that is linked to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). The audible only system relies upon noise and flashing light to scare away burglars and prompt passers-by to notify the police. Monitored alarm systems are strongly recommended for business premises, although EAGLE is finding more and more home owners are now also taking up this additional security option.

Monitored alarm systems are normally registered with the police, who issue a Unique Reference Number (URN) for the premises. Use of the URN ensures that the police already have full details of the alarmed premises, along with records of any hazardous areas. This saves time and enables a speedier response.

EAGLE designs, installs, maintains and monitors all types of intruder alarm and burglar alarm systems to NSI Gold standards.

EAGLE SECURITY SYSTEMS is a NACOS GOLD approved installation company we are regularly inspected by NACOSS . Systems can be Grade 1 - bells only, to Grade 3 monitored systems with dual path signalling the 'Alarm Receiving Centre'.
